Subscription Payments and Cancellation

When you purchase a subscription to our services, you agree to recurring payments according to your chosen subscription plan. We do not provide refunds for subscription payments already processed. ​You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be made to your payment method. You will continue to have full access to all subscription features until your paid period expires
Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing period. Please note that canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Software performance guarantee.

 

S4G's proprietary prediction software has consistently produce results in the 90th percentile. The latest version automates research and eliminates human error. However, unexpected geo-political events and/or particular narratives produced by mainstream media can effect a break in pattern and temporarily lower results below the 90th percentile. If the results ever fall below 80% for two consecutive quarters, we will reduce your next subscription billing period by 20%.
